Duplex REB & MFCC Sign Malta Property Expo Contract

Duplex Real Estate Branding and Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre have signed a collaboration agreement in order to pave the way for the first Malta Property Expo. Now confirmed to take place from 27th Feb to 1st March 2009 at the MFCC In Ta’ Qali, the Malta Property Expo is expected to attract more than one hundred exhibitors and thousands of visitors.

“We are very pleased at the positive response we have been receiving from exhibitors”, said Ryan Mallia, Sales Director of Duplex REB. In fact in the first week since launch more than 25% of the space has been booked and confirmed by exhibitors. Some one hundred exhibitors including estate agents and developers, banks and other government and non-governmental entities are expected to participate in this exhibition.
The agreement with MFCC encompasses lease of the space and a very close collaboration between the two companies in setting up and running the exhibition.
