Every visitor to the HSBC Malta Property Expo 2010 gets in with a chance to win €100,000 worth of prize money. This can be redeemed from any exhibitor at the Expo or advertiser in the February issue of the TPS newspaper. All one has to do is visit the The Property Standard stand with the ticket in hand and to try to guess the exact value of a secret property.

Below is the description for the secret property:

Modern designed/converted farmhouse in Gharghur, including state- of-the-art intelligent home entertainment/lighting system.   Fully fitted professional kitchen, fully integrated water cooled, cooling and heating system, double glazing and roof insulation throughout, and online managed security system.
