HSBC Advance backs upcoming Malta Property Expo 2011

For the third consecutive year, HSBC is sponsoring the Malta Property Expo 2011 which is now being branded as the HSBC Advance Malta Property Expo.  The third edition of this Expo will be held in March 2011 at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta’ Qali.

“HSBC has sponsored the Property Expo from the very first edition and this year is no exception.  We have recently launched HSBC Group’s latest global proposition, HSBC Advance in Malta .and are pleased to link this with the Malta Property Expo.  HSBC Advance is a financial proposition that is already available in 29 other countries and is designed to get customers thinking about money in a new way.  It helps you take care of your day-to-day finances and protect what's important, giving you more time to focus on your work and family.  It also offers international services when you need them, such as international account opening and emergency worldwide support,” said Andy Ripley Head of Personal Financial Services at HSBC Malta.

Linking HSBC Advance with the Malta property Expo will no doubt help in increasing the international exposure of the Expo itself, given the global nature of HSBC Advance,” said David Grech, Events and Business Development manager at Duplex Real Estate Branding, the organising company of the Malta Property Expo.

Exhibitors at The HSBC Advance Malta Property Expo will experience a different, more advantageous layout.  The snake shape design will provide each and every exhibitor with the same exposure as opposed to the last editions which saw exhibitors distributed on a main isle and two smaller isles on the side.

The Expo will consist of exhibitors such as estate agents and property developers, building innovations, banks and other financial institutions, high end interiors and many other related businesses.  “This Expo is a one stop shop for all your property needs and can be benefited by first time buyers, property resellers and developers, retirees, people searching for a second home or a holiday home and people looking for buy-to-let properties.  This year we are further investing in international advertising as it is targeting both foreigners and locals alike.  We are working on improving the visitor experience and quality of the Expo to make this year’s event an even bigger success than the previous ones,” concluded David Grech.
