HSBC Malta Property Expo 2010
Following the huge success of the first ever property fair in Malta in February 2009, the HSBC Malta Property Expo is now established as an annual event at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta’ Qali. To achieve even higher standards of organisation, the promoters started working on the next edition as soon as the previous one was concluded. The longer lead time, the experience gained from the first edition and increased marketing efforts, are all expected to attract even more exhibitors and more visitors, leading to more success for everyone involved.
With years of experience servicing the property industry, Duplex Real Estate Branding conceived and organised the very successful Malta Property Expo in February 2009. The organisers worked closely with many developers, estate agents and other property professionals, to set up an effective marketing platform to give a much needed boost to the industry. Most of the exhibitors only had positive feedback following the event.
The Malta Property Expo ‘09 brought together no less than 73 participants under one roof, including a number of foreign exhibitors who all had positive comments about the exceptional standards of the event.
The Malta Property Expo ‘09 attracted more than 6,000 visitors with a mix of quality buyers, investors and trade professionals. Visitors had the opportunity to avail themselves of various exciting product offers, leading to numerous sales being concluded during the event or in the weeks thereafter.
The objective this year is to exceed the success of last year’s edition. From the experience gained last year, the marketing budget is being increased in an effort to attract high end first time buyers, families looking for their second home, foreign holiday home buyers, investors, and lifestyle luxury buyers. Seminars, auctions, competitions and sophisticated food stalls will complement the Expo setup, also addressing relatively minor details such as separate catering area for exhibitors. Visitors will have the opportunity to see some of the best properties under one roof, meet with developers and agents, banks, designers and other professionals in the industry.
