Malta Property Expo a resounding success
Three weeks after the HSBC Advance Malta Property Expo 2011 closed its doors at the MFCC, Ta’ Qali, and the momentum has been sustained with many exhibitors confirming they are still following up many of the enquiries received with on-site property viewings around Malta and Gozo.

Conclusions of Real Estate Forum at Malta Property Expo 2011
John C. Grech, chairman of EMCS, drew two major conclusions from the Real Estate Forum, held as part of the Malta Property Expo at the MFCC, Ta' Qali. The issue of ownership of the real estate industry needs to be addressed, along with the need for planning and positioning the market within a global scenario. "Ownership is a function of all stakeholders," Dr Grech observed. "Even MEPA does not have 100% ownership of the issues because by its very statute it does not own all the issues.
HSBC Advance Malta Property Expo 2011 officially opened
Parliamentary Secretary for Small Business and Land in the Ministry of Finance, the Economy and Investment Jason Azzopardi inaugurated the HSBC Advance Malta Property Expo, for the third year. The Expo, organised by Duplex Real Estate Branding, was open from Thursday 17th March and all through the weekend until Sunday 20th March at the MFCC, Ta' Qali.
