Following the huge success of the first ever property fair in Malta in February 2009, the HSBC Malta Property Expo is now established as an annual event at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta’ Qali. To achieve even higher standards of organisation, the promoters started working on the next edition as soon as the previous one was concluded. The longer lead time, the experience gained from the first edition and increased marketing efforts, are all expected to attract even more exhibitors and more visitors, leading to more success for everyone involved.

Increasing Success
Last year’s Property Expo proved a huge success for Duplex who established themselves in 2004, but they also identified areas where they could improve on the event. “Last year we carried out surveys with our attendees so that we could further improve the expo and make the event itself as much of a hit as possible,” explains Mr Pillow, CEO of Duplex. “We aim to create a one-stop shop window for the property market in Malta to help bring the Maltese market to an international stage.”

HSBC Malta Property Expo 2010 on track
With just over three months left to opening day, preparations for the next edition of the HSBC Malta Property Expo are well on track. The first ever Malta 4 Expo was so successful, that even before the 2009 edition ended, many exhibitors had already confirmed their interest in renewing their participation for next year. So much so, that even though the layout was changed to accommodate more stands, so far more than 75% of the spaces have been taken up by last year’s participants and various new entrants.

HSBC Malta Property Expo highly commended at International Awards
The HSBC Malta Property Expo held for the first time last February, received the highly commended award in the exhibition category at the OPP Industry Awards. These prestigious awards, organised annually during OPP LIVE are considered to be the most respected in the industry and are followed by more than 83,000 property professionals around the world.

Launch of the HSBC Malta Property Expo 2010
Duplex Real Estate Branding today launched the second edition of the HSBC Malta Property Expo, to be held at The Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta’ Qali from the 4th to 7th March 2010. With such a dynamic property industry in Malta, it was only a matter of time until a professional event was organized to bring together everything related to real estate under one roof.
